Twistlock headsets, for right or left ear, with the ability to connect / buy custom made earpiece, have a sensitive microphone and automatic noise reduction that provides very good sound quality.

Before the match, 2-4 REFCOM® devices synchronize and encrypt to create a hands-free communication system to suit your needs. You can talk to up to 4 people at a time. Watch our manuals & instructions under Documents.

The radio is very compact, small and easy to carry on the arm. User-friendly with simple buttons. License-free 2.4 GHz band that enables communication up to 500 meters. There is a 2-year guarantee and free customer support in Swedish and English.

If you order Custom Made Earpiece – How to?

1. For all custom efforts, we need prints of your ears. If you do not already have one, visit an audiologist near you who makes an impression. You pay the audiologist (price may vary)
2. Take a picture in profile on the side where the headset should sit and print this.
3. Put 1) the picture you printed, 2) the prints and a 3) note with your name and delivery address in a regular envelope. Mark clearly on the note “Spintso REFCOM”. Add your Spintso 4) receipt to the package. These four things must be in the envelope!
4. Send the letter to Spintso International AB, R&D and Service Center, Box 2035, 135 02 Tyresö. You bear the shipping cost to us.
5. We will send you within 20-25 working days a ready-made earphone to use for Twistlock headsets that fits REFCOM. Spintso bears the shipping cost back to you.
